1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to rabbiico ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the rabbiico website located at https://rabbiico.com and all services provided by rabbiico, including AI consulting, cybersecurity services, GEO/AIO optimisation, and website design services.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2 Services Provided

rabbiico provides the following categories of professional services:

• AI Consulting & GEO: AI readiness audits, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), AI automation and workflow design, structured data optimisation, competitor AI visibility analysis, and AI bot/crawler analysis.
• Cybersecurity Services: Web application security scans, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), and enterprise penetration testing engagements.
• Website Design Services: Custom-coded landing pages, business websites, and ongoing website care plans.
• AI Search Optimisation: Optimisation to improve visibility in AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or service agreement provided to you prior to commencement.

The complimentary AI Readiness Audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Delivery is targeted within 48 business hours of receiving a completed enquiry. rabbiico reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

4 Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are indicative and subject to change without notice.

• For standard services, pricing is as listed on our website at the time of engagement.
• For custom or enterprise services, pricing will be provided via a formal written quote or proposal.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
• Overdue invoices may incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the due date.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after 14 days past the due date.

5 Service Delivery

We endeavour to deliver all services within the timeframes communicated. However, delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. The following factors may affect delivery schedules:

• Project complexity and scope changes requested by the client
• Timely provision of required information, access, or approvals by the client
• Third-party dependencies outside our control
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or government actions

Where a significant delay is anticipated, we will communicate this to you in writing as soon as reasonably practicable.

6 GEO & AIO Disclaimer

Our Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI Optimisation (AIO) services are designed to improve the likelihood that your business is referenced by AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms.

Our positioning for these services is: AI-friendly, AI-optimised, and AI-readable — we implement best practices to maximise your chances of being cited, but results will vary by platform and over time.

7 Cybersecurity Services Disclaimer

Our cybersecurity assessments and penetration testing services identify vulnerabilities known at the time of testing using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

• No security assessment can guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities or provide absolute protection against all threats.
• All penetration testing activities are conducted only with your express written authorisation.
• Security is an ongoing process — we strongly recommend regular reassessments.
• Results of any security assessment are confidential and must not be shared with third parties without our written consent.

8 Website Design & Hosting

Websites designed by rabbiico are custom-coded and deployed on modern cloud infrastructure (Netlify). Hosting arrangements include:

• Managed hosting: We host and maintain your website under our infrastructure. Monthly care plan pricing applies.
• Ownership transfer: Full site ownership and code can be transferred to you upon full payment and completion of the engagement.

Website care plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful content. We reserve the right to decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of any applicable law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rabbiico website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and branding — is the property of rabbiico and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
• For website design services, intellectual property in custom deliverables transfers to you upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
• Any third-party tools, libraries, or frameworks used remain subject to their respective licences.

10 Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

11 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
• Any disputes not resolved by mediation are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
